I find it really interesting how you use that psychological battle at the Kopitiam as fuel for your professional discipline I don’t know much about the cultural pressure in Chindo families, but it sounds like a really intense environment! Do you find that your clients eventually appreciate the "boring" 18% more because it lets them sleep at night, or is the 50% "bragging rights" culture a constant temptation they still struggle with? :)
